Your role in a nutshell

The Body Shop Finance Manager will manage the US E-com and US Wholesale businesses and several key Overhead cost centers. This position will be responsible for three key areas including Financial Management of E-com, Wholesale and Overhead cost centers, Consolidation of US Financials and Financial Reporting and Providing support to business partners. This will be a highly visible role and will interface with all levels of leadership.

Key Job Accountabilities

Finance partner for US E-com, US Wholesale, and various Overhead cost centers responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, month end close, financial reporting and variance analysis.

 

  • Manage cost control and conduct budget meetings with department managers.
  • Assist in Net Sales forecasting for US Wholesale with customers including Ulta, Amazon, and TJ Maxx
  • Monitor and control approval processes
  • Aid channel teams and accounting in ensuring accurate and timely month end closes and in the issuance of monthly financial reporting packages identifying key variance drivers vs latest forecast
  • Responsible for total US P&L (maintenance and consolidation)
  • Provide support to business partners to aid in key financial decisions

  • 4-6 Years Retail Finance Experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint (Excel expertise required)
  • SAP experience preferred
