Your role in a nutshell

Your role will be to ensure The Body Shop At Home ( TBSAH) operates in a way that will support the delivery of business objectives and growth, and provide an optimal experience for Consultants and customers. You will lead operational & system development & maintenance of TBSAH, including local management requirements of IT system.  Continually identify and implement business optimisation strategies and drive initiatives to deliver business continuity, drive omni-channel customer experience and support growth while minimising cost This is a 12 month contract opputunity.

  • Own product portfolio & incentive forecasting working with Commercial team, support Marketing Manager with incentive reporting requirements
  • Own  all product, pricing and promotion set up & accuracy
  • Lead local requirements & support of TBSAH Consultant Care Centre
  • Lead local reporting requirements of business performance  with global TBSAH Reporting Manager
  • Partner with Global Operations & Systems to  manage NA specific issues 
  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure stock management through to fulfilment is managed effectively
  • Work collaboratively with National Sales Manager to identify business growth opportunities
  • Define, implement & communicate all TBSAH business processes & procedures internally & externally with field sales force
  • Work with global TBSAH team to ensure successful completion of weekly & monthly commission runs & payments
  •  Manage Career Plan amendments in line with sales & development strategy,  with key stakeholders

  • Experience with IT system development, implementation & roll out of system changes across muitiple audiences
  • Experience in omni channel environment & managing customer services
  • Experience with fulfilment & delivery cycles & carrier organisation structures
  • Experience representing a business channel & working with cross functional teams
  • Qualified to degree level 
  • Strong  communication skills; exceptional planning & project management skills
  • System management & development skills, expertise in change management
  • Able to drive  strategic initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Reporting & data analysis skills,advanced Excel Skills
  • Able to interpret feedback & business data & proactively effect  business changes
